If you're new to Direct Tap and want a quick overview of how our services and process work, this getting started tutorial is for you. We introduce you to the core concepts of Direct Tap and then get you on your way and sending product out to your accounts.
1: Set-up Account Details
We will need some details on your account to get you and your team set-up to make this easy please complete the following online form and we will get the ball rolling: Click here
2: Send in Product Data
Gather all your product details and send them over to us via email and we will get inputted into our order portal. For your products please send the SKU, Product Name, Product Description, Size, Wholesale Price, Hospitality price. If you have any special naming conventions or details please let us know before set-up.
3: Transfer Product
Once your products are set-up in the portal you can schedule your first Transfer. You will need to alert our team of this transfer as we will want to ensure that it is scheduled with all of our inbound warehouse teams.
4: Receiving your Transfers
If a Direct Tap truck is picking up at your facility or you are sending in product from a third party company once the product is received it will take a min of 24 hours for the shipment to show up in the online portal.
5: Sending out orders
Now that your product is in the system you can start creating orders for all your great accounts. For tips on how to use the Portal - click here.
